    B12 dosage?

    I'm a 58 year old male,204lbs with about 10% bodyfat.
    Is 1ml. per week of injectable B12 enough of a dose;and should I split my doses.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    1 ml a day is more like it. If you pee pink then lower the dose.

    I have 1mcg per day which comes in a 2ml vial,gives me a great appetite!

    def increases my appetite, increase energy throughout the whole day as well. I take 1000mcgs daily. LOVE IT
