    post results u got from clen and t3

    1. clen or t3 or both?
    2. what type of cycle? (length, dosage)
    3. results? (fat/weight loss, length of time, fat %)

    2 cycles of c/t3 went from 219 to 176 (12.7 b.f.) all in five months..Got tired and lazy from 4 months of 65 min cardio..and lots of cheat meals...


    it's tough cycle, worth it!! I'm still 12.7 b.f. @ 181 Lbs
    been off for 3 weeks..

    Trying to re focus and accomplish my 6-7 % bodyfat by december...

    219 to 176 sounds like a lot of muscle lost....what was ur b/f before and what are u talkin about got lazy of 65 mins cardio and lots of chea meals?

    I should have mentioned that I was 5"7 219...Probably 24-25 % bodyfat..
    I hadn't worked out consistently in over a year... I also wanted to lose some of my mass.. I'm currently around 176- 180.. And around 12%

    On this cycle I ate 5-6 meals drank 1 1/2 gallons of water and did cardio and weights
    for 1hr 30 minute thus 65 was cardio 6-7 days a week...

    Currently trying to regroup and rest...very hard post cycle to maintain this regiment and continue dropping....

    Thanks mac6262. That's good info to have as I am planning a clen /T3 cycle toward the first part of '06. Can you tell me if you tapered back down off the T3 or just stopped? I have searched and seen it represented both ways and would like to get another opinion.

    No need to taper at all. Just stop and let the thyroid recover.

    I always thought it was best to tamper off T3. I guess not I have also read two opinions on the tampering off method.

    Tapering off T3 seems as ligocal as tapering off of AAS (which, incase you didnt know, it totally illogical)

    i thought your not supposed to take t-3 unless your doing a cycle???

    started my Clen / t3 cycle today. got a good boost of energy early, and a headache for the last 6 hours...kinda dull headache. 20mcgs of each. will keep you posted.

    Most people advise taking an AAS with it because they overexagurate the catabolism it can cause. Low doses (25-50ug)and high protein will result in negligable losses

    that is correct. It wasn't a bad first day, other then a nagging mild headache in the center of my head that i got to awake with this morning. oh well!

    I have only ever run T3 for 21 days. I probably wouldn't want to use it for 6 weeks.

    the thyroid is very resilent . It will rebound very fast if you don't taper and you supplement iodyne.

    Just for me the side effects weren't that nice. Naseau, headaches, extreme sweating, etc. You could try any duration you wanted bro, see how it works out. How long have you run T3 for in the past and at what dose? I was running over 100mcg at one point.

    but have run up to 200mcgs of clen
    or 3 ECA's per day without too much probs

    so do we taper T3 or not? some people say yes, some no

    I personally say no and then use something like gugglesterones (or something of the like) as a PCT.

    It kind of amazes me that AAS are used in one manner (generally not tapering and ith PCT) but thyroid hormones are used in the opposite manner. If we take the current thyroid protocol (taper, no PCT) over to AAS, people would call you and idiot and tell you to do more research


    ^ build up you T3 with at the same rate as your clen. Dont go over 100ug without an AAS becuae it can become catabolic. You should get good resulst of off 60ug of T3

    Tapering up but not down sounds ideal
