I've now dealt with AR twice on orders, the first time the stuff showed up in 2-3 days...no problems, no hassles. The second time mistakes were made, but their quality customer service made up for it and they should be applauded!
Hold on...I think I have a tear coming on...
Basically they are pros. Mistakes are bound to happen, but it is the sign of a good company if the customer still wants to come back and feels good about the interaction even so.
