    Question Not For Human Consumption?????

    Whats up guys.
    Just received my letro that i ordered so i could take with my cycle to help fight against gyno.
    On the bottle it says not for human consumption.
    How am i supposed to go about taking this>???
    Please help cuz i want to start it right away!

    Do i just spray it in my mouth and if so how in the hell can i tell how much im using.

    Yes, you take it orally, spray in mouth. Do NOT inject.

    10 pumps is approx 1ml

    get yourself a 1ml oral syringe. It'll make your life much easier.

    Correct me if I'm wrong...But isn't the proper way to orally ingest it is to put the liquid under your tongue for approximately thirty seconds? I was told to do this with clen ...Help?
