    License?????

    At the bottom of the disclaimier it states I belive that the buyer is representing that he or she has a license for research.

    " All customers are ASSUMED to be legal researchers or licensed researchers. IF you or your affiliates are NOT then WE DO NOT KNOW THIS and you will be held liable for FRAUD/DECEIT!!! "

    Held liable by who ?

    Is this a criminal act then ?

    Just trying to be safe.
