    T3 Question...

    What is the recommended dosage?

    Me:

    5'7"
    220
    23% BMI

    Please forgive the newb like questions. I've been reading the site most of my morning....

    Actually upon further reading of this forum I realize my question cannot be reasonably answered.

    Back to reading more.

    just so you know, BMI isnt a percentage. Its actually measured in kgm^-2
