I have been doing a lot of research lately on this combo and i am a little confused on what the best way to run this. I have been bodybuilding for about 6 years now seriously and have never really gotten my body fat down to where I want it. This past summer I got down to about 11% through strict dieting and cardio 6 days a week on top of lifting 5 days a week. I really would like to get down below 9%. I am at about 13% body fat right now and was wondering what would be the best way to run the clen /t3 cycle. If it helps I am 5' 8" and weigh about 160lbs. Any help would be greatly appreciated
