    problem with ARR site.

    i tried to contact customer service on ARR but the site keeps crashing on me.. i just wanted to know if there was a problem with my computer or the site.. i had to place an order about 4 times and it didn't want to go though.. i don't want to get charged more than once for my order.. lion, let me know if you need some more info.
