    lion help me

    i noticed you dont have any experation dates on your products ,iv got your b12 ,clen ect. can you tell me how long thay last i wont to wate to use some of your products and i just wanted to know if they whould last

    ...i belive this was just answered a couple days ago...pretty sure it was about 2 year shelf life...just shake REALLY good if you let it sit a while...

    What do you run with T-3 to counteract muscle loss??
    I just simply want to loose fat not muscle

    lower dose of t3 (25-50, if i remember correctly), adequate protein and rest, often eating.

    protein. I'm hypothyroid I eat protein.
