    Benadryl dosing with clen???????????

    I just ordered my clen , I plan on running it for 4 weeks straight from everything I've researched. When should I start benadryl? and for how ong.

    You might try to search but I think I rememeber it being 100mg ed every 3rd week.

    taking Benadryl, at around 50-100mgs/night before bed (every 3rd week or so, for that week).
