I wouldn't order another one. The nolva has a shelf-life of between 1-2 years. Bump for a response from Lion.

sometimes people say heat it up in water and shake the shit out of it...if anything contant lion via email and he should straighten things out

heat it in hot water and shake the bottle.

by heat it in hot water, do you mean, heat up water, then place the tamox bottle inside for a little while?

yep..make sure its not too hot to melt the bottle tho
