you just take it "straight up"........it comes with an oral syringe so you can dose acurate.....
Ok Thanks...Yeah i was wondering about that to, this clears it up.
Could you let me know how to stack this? How many ml per day?

Looking to cut to 165-170...
I also go to the gym 5-6 days a week and lift weights but i hit the plateau over the last 2 months i cant get over.
Personally I would not stack this with anything until you are used to it yet. The first time I cycled clen I ramped up the dosage too fast and had to stop cause of the sides. This is what I have been doing thats been very effective; just going into it slowly :Quote:

Here is where I stay up to day 14 then I stop for 14 days then start up again the same way. Some guys will go all the way up to 160mcg but thats a bit too much for me.
However; 2 things :
1-Get taurine and take a min of 3000mg/day to help with cramps.
2 - get some benadryl for help with sleeping. You might need this by the time you get to 100mcg/day.

I also read that clen helps you gain muscle, but is this true i dont think i would believe that.
i agree with popsinc on how you should run clen but if your looking to cut you will need a solid diet plan and start doing cardio.....those are the keys to fat loss...check out the diet forum,there are peeps there that can help you......good luck...

Does 250 mcg = .25 mL
Does 1000 mcg = 1 mL
bump for mL to mcg conversion ? Is there a chart anywhere on the forum ?
1mg = 1000mcg so if 1ml =say 1mg then 0.5ml would = 500mcg. the mg/ml will be on bottle.
0.1ml=100mcg for another example.
depends on dose. clen is 200mcg per 1ml i believe so 0.5ml = 100mcg..
Thank you a bunch ! It is a challange to matain size and not get the 50 yrs old belly at the same time and still get enough food intake ! It is like a tight rope for me right now I have through trial and error about adjusted my calories and cabs and Protein down and in 4 to 5 meals a day Carbs Noodels before workout and noodels after work out and even carbs in the am and nuts and Protein the rest of the time and I matain energy and my belly is still srinking until I slip and have 1 beer ! I tried the Clen for 2 weeks and IMO the proclaimed benifits do not out weight the negative sides ! Killed Libido even with Cialis ! Also just generlly felt like crap after 4 days but thought the feelings might go away ?
