Best way to take Liquidex?

Is there a method to taking liquidex? Should I put it in water, take it with food, ect? Also, what's the best storage method?

Okay, I've read storage in the fridge is best.

Take it however. I just squirt in mouth and chase with water.

The refrigerator is best but not necessary. Just make sure it's kept out of sunlight.

I just drop it into my mouth. Doesn't taste bad to me at all...unlike Clomi.

No, it's actually sweet tasting. I wouldn't wanna drink it or anything. It's only been 3 days, 2 doses and the bloat is waaayyyy down. Good stuff.
