You don't need glutamine if your supplementing a decent diet with whey protein shakes. As for creatine, you should use creatine ethyl ester. Diet and training are more important than supplements. Get your daily diet, pwo shake and before-bed nutrition then your good. Add creatine ethyl ester in there if your not satisfied.

As for the glutamine subject, Its really contoversial right now. But if your looking for a good product try Cell Mass from BSN, its stacks both glutamine and creatine together.

if your going to take glutamine
    take Ener-G glutamine Peptides

the peptides survive the PH changes in the gut and are able to dliver the biological effects of glutamine

id say save ur money on the glutamine, people may disagree with what im about to say, but cell-tech is extremly effective, alittle pricey but i gained 10 pounds n about 2 weeks and almost 30 pounds on my bench, and i looked ut up, not bloated, i mean no one can relly argue with that, Id say find a protein shake u like the taste of, buy small amounts at first to see if u like it, if not then just deal with it for a weak or 2(because u bought the smallest cheapest one) then try another, if u dont like how it taste ur just not gonna take it, its as easy as that. if protein n creatine was all u were looking for theres my 2 cents

I don't think this was ever proven yet, it's just their sales pitch.

Stick with whey protein, dextrose, and creatine.

    well hopefully you try it

its not a sales pitch though is must seem like it eh?

I am the founder and CEO

and we have been persuading one customer at a time that it works

its just seems to work and help with real nitrogen retention and definitley GETS RID OF SORENESS (DOMS), BUT it tastes like sh!!t

how is that for a sales pitch

    any way

Stehle and Collegues are doing research I feel it will be PROVEN at a later date ( about the efficacy of Glutamine Peptide)

ps nice to meet you, and not spam you and I am member just like you

I have been curious as to twhat the peptides would do, alhtough I am skeptical. I usually dont have enough extra cash leftover to justify their cost after all my other supplements. One day, I may give them an honest try.
