supplement explosion
okay here is the list of my supplements:
1 x Men's multi vitamin
1 x Omega 3 fish oils
3 x BCAA @ 2g
3 x HMB @ 1g
1 x Z-Mass PM (ZMA) @ 5g
2 x Creatine (EEC)
2 x L-Glutamine 10g
3 x Protein shake @ 100g
Calories @ 2700
I am trying it naturally (sorta), i am also running 2 prohormones: Testoterone-OH, and Nandrolone -OH. I've put on some good weight about 18 lbs and have plateud after first creatine cycle.
aside from the prohormones how do these NATURAL supplements look?
am i missing something?
i am going to do a cycle in June
test cyp
deca
dbol
PCT
apart from the calories and the protein
should i keep doing these other supplements to help out my muscles?
is it needed?

looks good but expect to be constapated for a year or so...just make sure do drink allotta water

If anything he would have extreme diarhea from the 300 grams of protein from only his Shakes + another 100 at least from his diet. Still drink water though, diarhea will definently dehydrate you = )
