Best bar? What do you think?
I keep eating crap at about 10 pm. I have a weak head for sweets. Someone please help me find a good bar I can eat at night. Thanks....

no but you can try pure protein bars they arnt very sweet but have about 30g of protein. If you want a good bar look for high protein and something with chocolate would probably satify that sweet tooth

It might not be the best for you, but the one best taste by far is the Oh Yeah protein bar. Try one and you'll be hooked.

ther is a bar called Rock n' Roll...or at least I think that is the name...I swear it tastes just like a Payday...

I prefer Designer Protein's Bars because I can get them cheap at Sam's Club and they don't taste as bad as Optimum Nutrition's Protein Diet Bars (what I used to use). Not to mention they are low in carbs.

All the above are great choices. Personally, I require at least a 10 to 1 ratio of protein to sat fat, or the bar is simply not worth it. Taste is not a prerequisite however there is one that meets the stated criteria and taste like a Pay Day (LITERALLY).
The Avid Source, Caramel Peanut Roll. $34 for 12 at GNC, but they can be purchased at Allstarhealth.com for $16.99 currently on sale for $14.00 w/standard $4.95 S/H fee.

The best bar for the price, protein count, and taste IMO is the TrioPlex bars. The Oh Yeah bar by ISS is just short of a candy bar. It tastes good b/ its loaded w/ saturated fat instead of carbs.

pURE PROTEIN BARS BY WORLDWIDE NUTRITION ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST IMO THEY DONT TASTE LIKE THE REST THEIR ACTUALLY GOOD ITS ALMOST TO GOOD TO BE TRUE!
