    Creatine Bad for liver patients?

    I heard from a nurse in a hospital and someone else that excess creatine levels put stress on your liver and I wanted to know how much do you guys think is true?

    i believe she was refering to "creatinine" . Which is a toxic chemical in your urine...if you have to much in your urine..means your kidneys are overworked.

    yes I have heard a few medical people bad mouthing creatine due to its "toxic effects". They are mis-informed. levels can be used to gauge organ health in blood work but that is about it.

    that's an interesting way to look at it.

    the question would be how much is too much?
    someone should write a book about it. protein, creatine, vitamins, etc: how much is too much. optimal levels.
    draw it all out for us.
