    ON's Pro Complex

I been reading a lot of good reviews about this protein. Right now I am taking ON 100% whey for my PWO with dextrose. Probably a stupid question but is Pro-complex a whey protein for PWO?

Yes this is very true! And its thick as hell, hard to mix. A multi-source protein like procomplex i think is way better

I was gonna buy the pro complex natural, one of the only proteins with no artificial aything. Right now I am using ON glycomaize PWO with whey and this stuff just kills the taste. Literlly tastes like i grinded up chalk in my shake. Is this normal, if so I might not be able to handle waxy

Yes, you can have it for PWO due to the presense of some fast acting protein sources in the blend (Whey Protein Isolate, Glutamine Peptides, L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine).

Nope, not a good idea due to the presence of some insulin -spiking fast-acting proteins and carbs inside the blend. Remember, high blood sugar is the last thing your body needs before you go to bed. So, buy ON Casein and drink it up 30 mins. before going to bed.

the pro complex is a great protein blend, imo i like OP's 100% whey for post workout, but OP's pro complex gainer is the best gainer ive ever used, every morning i drink a shake of pcg with a cup of oatmeal before breakfast, because most of its calories come from the 7 different sources of protein, not the carbs, but thats if you are bulking,if im not bulking,i use the whey when i wake up,just my .02
