    Im 18 and im takn md1t is it ok for me to take it or should i stop???

    no, from what i hear m1t is potent and can shut you down and your natural levels are so high you dont need to take anything other than some protein and lots of food. You know what pct is?

    well iam drinking lots of protein but wht else can i do just to gain size??

    I dont like the sounds of "drinking lots of protein". How many shakes are you drinking per day?

    im drinking anywer frm 2 to 3 shakes a day and just wrkn out but not seeing much of a difference in size or strenght

    Eat, eat, and then eat some more. A good protein supp is important for post workout when your body needs it ASAP but try to limit the shakes to once or maybe twice a day and get the rest of your nutrition from REAL food. Go to the diet section and do some reading, especially the stickies at the top.

    Good luck getting an 18 year old to actually cook something though, I know that was about the last thing on my mind at that age.

    But seriously you need FOOD and a lot of it. No McDonalds does not count.
