    only eggs i like

    whether you are making just egg whites or whole eggs i finally found a receipe that is good. i use it in my bulking. i take the eggs and mix in a little milk, some salt, pepper, slenda and start to whisk. then i put it in a pan and start to cook.
    while its cooking i cut up a peperoni stick into little chunks. when it starts to cook i mix in the peperoni and stir.

    it tastes so good with the peperoni. not sure about the fat content of the peperoni

    if you like that .....you gotta try chorizo(it is a mexican susage)

    where can you get them, and do you mix it with your eggs?

    should be able to get it in your larger grocery stores.....check by the suasages or by the ethnic foods.......and yes mix it with eggs.....it's th bomb....high in fat though, probally the same as peporoni

    do you have to cook it like sausage or is it ready to eat like peparoni?

    cook it... it comes in a casing...I cut one end and squeez it out...so it is more like ground meat.......put sausage in a pan 1st fry it for a little while....then dump in your eggs...and scramble.......man ,now i gotta go get some....it is great

    Gotta go with the ham instead. Cut it up in pieces along with onions, grill it a little in the pan and then throw on the whisked egg batter. Ham and onions give it a more seasoned taste.

    and i get some extra carbs, thats a good idea for bulking
