mmmmm mmmm, b*tch
6 Egg Whites
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1oz chicken breast diced up
2 Tbsp Salsa
Spray the pan with pam, throw in the egg whites. Cook until done, throw in the diced chicken, olive oil and salsa. Tastes very good. I like to have it after AM cardio as it is Pro/Fat Only.
It comes out to about 52 g Pro, 2 Carb, 14g fat, 350ish cals

Yeah Its great cook it the night before and maybe if you are in a hurry in the morning you can throw it in a low carb tortilla.
