    seasonings

This may sound like a very stupid question, but I figure I'd ask anyways

I use a lot of seasonings when i cook meats like basil, garlic powder, onion powder and mrs dash type seasonings.

Can any of these have negative effects on a cutting diet?

these are fine. Some actually have phytonutrients that your body needs to fight things off I will post a list later on these nutrients and where they are found. I prefer potassium chloride to mrs.dash but that is just my $.02
