    Delicious breakfast bagel

    ok, if done properly this can seriously rock your world:

    half a whole grain bagel 7g protein 20g carbs 5g fat 148 cals
    slice of low fat cheese 4g protein 4g carbs 32 cals
    2 slices of smoked turkey breast 8g protein 32 cals
    one scrambled egg 7g protein 5g fat 68 cals
    Totals: 26g protein 32g carbs 10g fat 280 calories

    I do pretty much the same thing sometimes for breakfast. Damn tasty.

    Before my diet I would make them with breakfast sausage instead of turkey or chicken breast, and load em up with cheese (Heart attack waiting to happen)
