    Pickle Juice 'n Tuna

Don't know if I'm just that sick of Tuna or what but I like to cut up some pickles and put them in my Tuna normally. Well yesterday I finished off the Jar of pickles so I thought... what the heck and mixed my tuna with some of the leftover juice from the pickle jar. It actually tasted pretty good and hid the flavor of the tuna quite well too. So if you like pickles or relish with your tuna might want to give it a try.

What about the excessive amount of sodium in the pickle/pickle juice?????

Compared to a lot of the other things people add to tuna its not really too bad. For instance, the regular pickles I get are 70mg each and the low sodium ones I get are 12mg each. Some of the other people things people add to tune:

    Salsa (1Tbsp) 85mg
    Mustard (1Tsp) 55mg
    Mayo (1Tbsp) 75mg
    Taco Sauce (1Tbsp) 120mg
    Soy Sauce (1Tsp) 335mg
