1. 4 hardboiled eggs ( i keep the yoke in one of them)

2. 1 can of tuna

3. A couple teaspons of lofat or non fat mayonaise.

4. Some diced onions

5. A little bit of low-fat italian dressing

Mix and mash the hardboiled eggs and tuna together, then add your onions and mayo. Top it off with a few splashes of italian salad dressing and thats it. Then find yourself a couple slices of wheat bread and whamo u got one high protein sandwich. Usually makes about 3 sandwiches.

one quick note is you might want to have some gum available because it gives you some killer breath.
