    hamburger help

    You guys have any good ways of eating lean ground beef????
    I am sick of eating it plain out of a bowl.

    wheres the beef

    bro, i eat mine with rice and broccolli. you might try and mix in a little shredded cheese if you need some flavor. also try it with pasta or potatoes. but eat yer greens to keep those carbs broken down.

    Cook up some onions with the beef, add some salt, pepper...garlic and tomato sauce if desired...and stuff some pre-roasted bell peppers.

    Make chili using the recipe on the back of a seasoning packet..usually calls for some tomatoes, beans and meat. I've made this a few times w/ground turkey...it is VERY good...especially with some fat free cheddar on top. You could also make it without beans.

    Anther idea is taco salad. I've done this w/taco seasoning mix and lean beef (or chicken for that matter). Just put it over some lettuce and whatever other salad ingredients you like. Or tacos, with low-carb or whole-wheat tortillas.

    Make a hamburger w/whatever toppings you'd normally put on a hamburger...use a whole-wheat or reduced-calorie bun, portobello mushroom caps...or go bunless.

    they sell some veggiburger at Publix I had one they taste pretty good
