Help with eggs
I hate eggs. I really dont know what else to eat for breakfast???? I have tried eggs every which way and I hate them. How do you guys make your eggs for breakfast??? Also what about oatmeal? Is quaker instant oats ok? I love oatmeal packets (you know the instant kind) (apples and cinnamon, peaches and cream) but using my common sense I dont think they are that good for you. I am just starting to educate myself on my diet. I dont know anything except for it sucks. HELP ME!

are you eating them hard boiled or scrambled ? i usually throw in some turkey meat to add a little flavor to the eggs. plain eggs gets too nasty after a while.

oatmeal is a must have fo breakfast.....great for you.
oatmeal and some whey protien for breakfast

Don't used instant oats, use whole rolled oats. Much better imo
as for eggs yeah i agree with you they suck major ass. I just take a big ass mouthfull and wash them down with water. lol force feed my ass.

I refuse to eat hard boiled eggs its just one of those things i cant do. I have been sacrificing but i just cant do that. I like scrambled the most but with the yolk and salt. GO FIGURE Help guys what can I do

I like to mix in 1/4-1/2 a cup of reduced fat shredded cheese into my scrambled eggs. If that starts to get old, I'll pour some salsa over them. Or add some cut up ham. Eggs get bland very easily, so you have to vary what you add to it or else you will probably get sick of them.

You can buy a product called 100% egg whites, next to the egg beaters at a super market...They're pasterized so you don't have to worry about getting sick. Just drink them straight from the carton, tastes sort of like milk.

1/4 cup = 1 egg
For my cutting diet breakfast
1.5 cup egg stirs
.5 cup old fashioned oats
splash hot sauce
dash pepper

I make scrambled egg whites and then eat them with hot sauce. I think it goes really good together
