Heres a good marinade recipie for chicken breasts.

4 parts wishbone vinagar/oil dressing
1 part Frank's Red Hot sauce
1 part white wine

mix it in a marinade container or bowl, thing, and let the your deboned chicken sit in there for a few hours. at work they are in there from the time theyre thawed to the time theyre cooked so it could be a day or two, the longer you have it in the more flavor you have. to cook it just throw it on the grill like a normal chicken breast.
