Chocolate smoothie
1c. cold water

2-3 ice cubes
2 scoops chocolate whey
blend thoroughly

Mocha madness
1/2c. nonfat-frozen yogurt
1/2c. espresso coffee
2-5 ice cubes
2 scoops chocolate whey
blend thoroughly
Pro 45, carbs 19g, fat 2g, cal 240
Every shake i make, (I use chocolate flavor) I had to big heaping table spoons of peanut butter (10g of protein per spoon, if u buy the right kind) and two eggs then blend. I get around 80-90 grams of protein per shake
I've used PB from time to time as well. BTW F.I. I forgot that you are also a fellow hosehead. It seems like the number of Canuks is slowly growing here at AR.
