Thread: rice caserol

ok Im not the iron chef ,lol but one of my col football coachs , gave this to me and many many years since then I still love it ,here goes
boil two bags of whole grane rice (dirty rice )
2 cans of cambels cream of chicken soup
fry 1 lb of chicken burger
mix them all together ,let simmer for 10 min till it thickens up ,best bulking meal for work meal or after leg or back day !

Sounds good to me, I'll have to try that after my cutting period ends in mid-May.

np bro ,good stuff to bulk with ,I usaly take a chicken breast and it for lunch everday ,when bulking ,hope it turns out good !!!
