    Shark Steaks

    Anyone have any recipes for shark? It was on sale this week so I picked up a few steaks. I'm planning on simply throwing them on the grill but if anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears.

    Marinade for about 30 minutes in White Wine Worstershire sauce, delicious. But be careful...in Hawaii there is an ancient saying "Those who eat shark, Shark will eat you!" Enjoy!

    shark is tough so if u thro it on the grill the only way it will taste good is if you
    wrap in tinfoil
    2 squares of butter
    lemmon and pepper
    add salt after its cooked if needed but the butter ussally salts it enough for me
    then eat eat and enjoy
