    My oatmeal creation.....

    1/2 cup of oats.
    1 cup water
    1 1/2 teaspoons of mcormick vanilla extract
    3 packets of splenda

    Microwave for 2:30


    LOVE IT!!!

    Some on this board don't seem to appreciate - but 1 scoop of chocolate or strawberry protien powder is the ticket. Not everyday, but once in a while to break things up....lol

    Is it not a good thing to mix the protein with oatmeal? I've been doing it every morning, plus half box of raisins.

    As long as you dont let it sit its ok.

    My friend whos a trainer said that if you let the powder sit in the hot oatmeal it loses its potency.
