Thread: Tuna Patties

I have to give credit to my friend for this, but it is very good. Here is what you need...
1 can Tuna
2 egg whites
8 saltine crackers.
Drain the can of tuna, and pour it in a bowl. Mix in two egg whites and 8 crushed up crackers. Mix until it forms a paste like consistancy. You can then place these on a skillet. It makes 2 to 3 patties. Very good, taste kind of like chicken patties.

good stuff, make sure to get the paste consistancy or they fall apart.
