    What I had for breakfast

    1 carton egg whites
    2 Tblsp Natty PB
    1/8 cup Sugar free syrup

    apx 57g pro/ 16g fat/ 5-6g carb/ 0g sugar/ 396 total cals

    How does the syrup fit in all that?
    Do you put it on the eggs or dip your PB in it?

    Made two egg white pancakes, spread on the PB, put the syrup on top
