What I had for breakfast
1 carton egg whites
2 Tblsp Natty PB
1/8 cup Sugar free syrup
apx 57g pro/ 16g fat/ 5-6g carb/ 0g sugar/ 396 total cals

How does the syrup fit in all that?
Do you put it on the eggs or dip your PB in it?
