    Seasonings

Most of the tastey seasonings i've noticed contains salt. Salt adds unwanted water retention/bloat appearance. So what seasonings does all you bros/chefs out there use when wanting good taste but also respecting the fact you want to look good AKA no water retention/bloat/no sodium products. I'll start off on my favorite without sodium...
    1. Pepper
    2. Fresh garlic (not garlic salt)
    3. Italian seasonings (basil/rosemary/marjorem/thyme)

Oh, and any fresh herbs will give twice the flavor of any dried...basil, thyme, rosemary, evn oarsley has flavor when fresh. Herbs are easy to grow in pots if you have some sunlight in your kitchen...

Tony C makes the best seasoning around!!!

While I always use a little salt (or seasoning with salt in it....b/c I don't compete and can afford a bit of water) I like crushed red pepper, coarse ground black pepper, as well as what Hans called the italian seasoning. basil, rosemary, thyme etc etc.
