why as pre and not as a post ???
I wouldn't use it for either. You're mixing fats and simple sugars. Not ideal unless ur just trying to gain "weight". I perfer lean mass gains...
Eactly, you don't want fats pre or PWO. Also, no milk, slows down digestion. Stick with about 40g of whey and 60-80g of simple sugars, preferably dextrose. Have this within 30min of finishing workout and then a full meal with protein and carbs about an hour later.Quote:
