My THAI Chicken
Ok, this is so good on top of some brown rice!
- YUM
1 packet of Thai Chicken seasoning mix (at store)
1 lb. skinless chick breast cut into chunks.
1grn Onion, chopped
1 packet SPLENDA
1 Tbsp of Natural Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp of reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup dry roasted lighly salted peanuts
2 Tbsp of Sesame Seeds
1. Cook chick in pan
2. saute grn O's, add seasoning, splenda, soy sauce, peanut but, and rice vine, blend well.
3. Slowly add Milk- stir till thick
4. Return chick to pan, add peanuts and sesame seeds, and heat.
Put on top of Brown rice and eat it all yup and say >YUM!

no- buts it's not that bad the only thing kinda fatty is the peanuts and PB, which are a great source of monosaturated fats, carbs only in the peanuts, PB, 1/2 cup milk and in the rice. Protein rich, and Sodium? but use the reduced sodium and it's only a tbsp for the whole recipe. I also like eating this a night without the rice when dieting substituting brocoli, so you gets protein and healthy fats which really satisfies!

damn, i love chics ooops, i mean chicken....Maybe theres a connection there, cause i don't know one striaght guy who doesn't like chicken. :D
