    IHOP Pancakes

Guys gotta try these if you love pancakes for a cheat meal. The key is using buttermilk to get that taste. Enjoy!

    1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    1 egg
    1 1/4 cups buttermilk
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    1 heaping teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 cup cooking oil

OMG i bought some whole wheat pancake mix, with 250ml of soy milk no sugar and unsweetened, 2 whole eggs and 2 table spoon of olive oil, mixed all togheter.

They taste amazing and you get good proteins in too.

I gonna say it again but these are the best pancakes in the world. One small thing though, it says a heaping teaspoon of baking powder, put a heaping teaspoon of baking soda as well, makes 'em more fluffy.
