    Whole Food Shakes

    This is what I do, I get 2.2 pounds of tuna or chicken or meat, I turn them into paste and than add the 2.2 pounds of the food of choise in a blender and mix it with water or juice and make a concentrate liquid, than I pour into a a bottle and drink it during the day, this way I fet around 300g of protein per day by just drinking whole food.

    ya i tried a route like that years ago when i was really trying to bulk up..i blended and drank everything but only about half of the foods going down stayed there..that lasted about a week . never try that again gaaaaag..
