Best protein Cake I have ever tasted
Came across this when I was surfing the net. I tried it and it is actually edible.
Protean Egg Custard
4 Eggs whites, beaten
1 Egg yoke
2/3 cup sweetener
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg or cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 Servings of protein powder
2 cups scalded (Warm) milk
1. Combine whisked eggs, sugar, nutmeg or cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
2. Add scalded milk a little at a time while whisking, so as not to cook the eggs.

4. When all is blended, pour through a siv into a oiled 1inch deep tray.
5. Bake at 300 for about 30 minutes or until a knife inserted into centre comes out clean.
