I just make a pattie and throw her on the grill, cook med-rare to med and enjoy. Sometimes I throw a little bit of chopped garlic in the mix.

in a skillet with sesame oil and 4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs usually cook about a pound at a time, first cook the meant then throw a lid over the skillet and drain most of the fat then throw the eggs in, really high in protein and i use it for a couple of servings.

I cook mine...then put it in a colander and rinse it under hot water. Wipe out the greasy pan...then finish cooking the ground beef. Works quite well to get the fat out.

This is how i do it. just cook it in a pan. near the end, drain out all liquid, then press with towel. rice or cuscus in their tastes delicious. throw in some marinera, worstershire sauce, aragino and basil tons, ground pepper, chopped onions, chopped green pepper, steak garlic mccormik seasoning, i like to go kind of overboard in the flavoring
