More excellent recipes from Pinkvelvet!(aka BabyC)

These recipes are of course for off season....the chocolate sauce for the cake isn't the greatest...but, what really is when you eat clean!!

If anyone tries them...give me some feedback. I've been playing around with the chocolate craver recipe....and any tips might help.

    Hope you like the Lil'loaves!!!!!!

    Chocolate Cake

1 cup of flour ( I make flour from my oatmeal - ground up in blender)
    1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    6 egg whites
1 1/3 cup brown sugar twin
1 cup no fat yogurt (plain or whatever u like..i used banana)
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Heat oven to 350
Blend flour, cocoa, baking soda and powder
In another bowl mix egg whites, brown sugar twin, yogurt and vanilla beat till smooth. Mix the dry stuff into the wet stuff.
Pour into a cake pan or loaf pan sprayed with Pam.
Cook for about 35 minutes..or until you stick something in it and it comes out dry.

Honestly it didn't have tons of flavour...so try this on top of it!

    Bittersweet Chocolate Sauce.
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
    1/2 cup brown sugar twin
    1 teaspoon of vanilla.

In a small pot - mix water, cocoa and brown sugar twin...stir over medium heat until smooth. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Eat it warm...or cool. If you let is cool - if gets thicker.

    Lil'Loaves

2 oz oats ( I also just substituted 1 cup of brown rice and it was great too!)

1/2 cup pumpkin (or carrot shredded, zucchini shredded, or just a suger free flavour if you rather coconut's good!)

brown suger Sweetner-(i have a major sweet tooth)

Pumkin spice (or vanilla extract) depending on what your making

5 Egg whites (you can add more depeding on your intake)

    calories: 335 -no pumpkin then:285

mix all together any order doesn't matter, put in a mini loave tin and bake at 400 for between 15-30 mins depending on your preference, i usually just leave them till i remember the pumpkin keeps them moist and yummy!

Then VOILA! mmmmm Breakfast/lunch dinner loave great if in a rush!
