Do you store them in the fridge with the shell on or off??

I shell them as soon as they are cooked. If you let them cool to much they are hard to peel.

    My 2 cents

I know I have left mine covered for about 3 days Max... mostly because they stink the whole fridge up.

Anything like meat, eggs, etc. (ie anything that comes from animals) should be in the fridge no longer than 3 days after cooking. This applies even if the eggs still have their shells.

I eat Every single day in my working out program 10 eggwhites with only 2 yolks. So i Find a way to peel the eggs in a very smooth way is to keep it after boiling for 45 minutes, about half hour in the room temperature and then you get to peel them and it works well and if you want to put it in the fridge you better peel them before.
