Keto krisp cerial fried chicken or pork cutlets my own recipe(hows this tobey)
OK bronco josh i see you loved this cerial ....well me personally i think its worse than eatin paper lol....but i tried something out ...
take a package of chicken cutlets( like 3 or 4 nice size cutlets)
take about 4 cups of keto krisp cerial( only 2carbs no sugar and 22 grams of protein ) and crush up the cerial dont tottaly make it powder just crush it good. then take about 3 eggs and mix them in a bowl. then let the cutlets stay in the mi of eggs for about 5 mins . and hile you wait add pepper,sliced onions,fat free or low fat cheese,drop of tabasco and anyother ingredients you want. then mix the crumbs up realy good and even. then take out each cutlet and bread them with the crumbs evenly and fry them in any oil you want and you get a a great low carb chicken meal.....this is soo good ......i cant belive i came up with this ...hows this broco josh ?.....u like this one tobey ?
