I went shopping with a Chineese friend of miine and discovered something very simple that would make a nice snack.
They take hard boiled eggs and submerge them in soy sace for a couple hours. That's it. Its a nice variation on regular hard boiled eggs and you don't even have to add salt.
Personally I eat the youlks but with HB eggs, you may eat the yolks or tosss 'em.
