amazing oatmeal recipe

I always had a hard time eating oatmeal and i have tried alote of recipes ,there are a few now that i can eat thanks to the people at AR.
So i decided to share one of my co workers recipe.It's awesome

10 cups quick or minute oats
2 1/2 cups powder milk
2 1/2 cups raisins
7 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
1 1/4 teaspoon salt

Mix and enjoy!
then add a spoon of brown sweetner to aprox 1 cup (serving)
! cup serving has :
585 cals
22g protein
107g carbs
6.2g fat

let me know what you guy's think .Is it too hight in carbs.I am trying to cut up and so far it has not seem to affect me but i eat it in the morning only .

Man you ARE a life saver! Really, you have no idea at how PERFECTTTT timeing you had with this reciepe. While eating breakfast this very morning, I litterally had to force the oatmeal down with each bite. Been eating it so long guess I kinda got bored with it. I'm trying this tommorrow morning first thing. Thanks again.

what did you think of it IC ?
and do you think there is too much fructose (raisins) or total carbs . I split it up 1/2 cup morning and 1/2 cup early afternoon.

I took a look and raisons are loaded with sugar. So much that it would make you cringe. Everything else seemed ok for me to eat though. It really is quite good and it dose not take long to prepare.

I treid it your way the first morning and the next I subsituted cinnamon with some apple allspice with just a hint of ginger. I have to admit though that I liked your version better.
