Chicken Teriyaki :3 whole chicken breast, halved, skinned and boned
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth
enough artificial sweetener to equal 2 Tabls. sugar
dash ground ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
Place chicken between plastic wrap and lightly pound to flatten. Place in a shallow dish. In a small bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients, Mix well. Pour over chicken. Cover and refridgerate for about 2 hours. Turn several times. Drain chicken, reserving marinade. Arrange chicken on a lighly greased broiler pan. Broil 4-5 inches away from heat for 5 minutes. Turn chicken and brush with marinade. Broil an addition 5-6 minutes until chicken is tender.
