    Tankass' Buffalo Chicken Salad (Almost 0 Carb)

    Was messing around at dinner and my dad who is going Low Carb because he doesnt wanna do Keto with me whipped this up. I could honestly eat this for every meal.

    Measurements are approx.

    1 Serving:
    Chicken: 1 cup
    Celery: 1/2 cup
    Mayo: 1/4 cup
    Butter: 1/4 stick
    Franks Red Hot: 1/2 cup

    2 Servings:
    Chicken: 2 cups
    Celery: 1 cup
    Mayo: 1/2 cup
    Butter: 1/3 stick
    Franks Red Hot: 2/3 cup

    3 Serving:
    Chicken: 3 cups
    Celery: 1 1/2 cups
    Mayo: 3/4 cup
    Butter: 1/2 stick
    Franks Red Hot: 1 cup

    Chicken = Chopped
    Celery = Chopped
    Mayo = Full Fat Regular Mayo
    Butter = Real Butter
    Franks = Franks

    There are bairly any carbs in this. There accually are none if you take into account that the carbs in the celery are from fiber and dont count on CKD. This is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone who likes their food with a zing... Enjoy...

    Thats very close to the way they make Buffalo Wings -something I used to do for the same reaon you cite, its low carb and tastes great.

    Difference is with real wings you take the wings and deep fry them in oil first (no breading just the wings in boiling oil). The when they are cooked you put take them out and put them in a mixture of butter and red hot sauce (no mayo). Very tastee. Very low in carb. Very high in fat (not an issue for most low carbers). Very messy to make.

    try this with boneless, skinless chicken thighs, and crush some pork rinds over the chicken before you bake....add the sauce about 5 minutes before finished....voila
