This is a great combo to get your calories up, I really enjoy these. I usually buy a 4 lb bag of oatmeal. Put about 2 (protein size scoops) of it in a small pot. Add some water (roughly 4 protein size scoops). Let it boil and and stir it. Then I add 2 scoops of protein and a little more water. Then stir till its all uniform. Suprisingly I find the bad tasting proteins good even better than good tasting protein mixes. I had a bunch of syntrax protein that i didn't care for but find it it tasty in the oatmeal. This combo beats and mealreplacement.
