I was trying to find something to have in my PPWO along with a can of tuna without taking in too much protein for one setting so I tried this idea out and its not too bad. Here is what I used

4oz Liquid Egg Whites
1tsp Cocoa Powder
2tsp Splenda
Topped with Sugar/Fat free whipped cream

Makes it taste like a chocolate protein shake just with a better source of protein. Plus it can be altered to any concentration you choose.
